CANCELlATIONS:

We understand that life happens! As a courtesy, please give us at least 24hr. cancellation notice so that our other guests have the opportunity to book your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24hrs. of your service time, must be canceled by phone/email. There is a 50% charge for same day cancellations. No Call/No Show's are charged for the full service amount.

kids:

we love kids and are sure they will be entertained by our hanging swings and colorful things. Unfortunately, some of our retail items may not be appropriate for young eyes. it is important that our guests receive the most relaxing service. If you should need to bring you little one in, we ask that you are mindful and do not hold us liable. parents must be present for children under 18 receiving services.

late clients:

we’d love for you to enjoy your full service time. please give yourself extra time to find parking and use the restroom. having you on the table at your scheduled appointment time keeps us from running behind. unfortunately we may have to reschedule you if you are running late enough to run into someone else’s appointment time. this will result in a 50% charge.

payments:

we accept visa, mastercard, discover and amex or cash payments. a card must be on file in order to reserve an appointment. we ask that you please have your card present, as we will only charge a card on file per our cancelation policy.

PRIVACY:

It’s important that our guests receive a private and personalized beauty experience. please do not arrive more than 15min. before your scheduled appointment time.
